Level 1 Beginner
Learn to sew in a fun way! Students will be taught basic sewing skills while operating sewing machines. By the completion of the of the 6 week course, students will be wearing comfy pants that they made themselves. Learning to sew leads to confidence, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment.
Start Date: Thursday Feb. 2, 2023

Time: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Ages: 8-13
4 Students per class (maximum)
6 week course
Sewing machines provided (unless you prefer to bring your own)
**Materials must be purchased prior to the first class. Patterns will be provided by the instructor.
Supplies needed:
- 2 5/8 yards of cotton fabric (can be flannel)
- Matching all purpose thread
- 1 yard (1" wide elastic)

Level 2
Level 2 is for students who know how to operate a sewing machine and have had experience completing a project such as pj pants. In this week course, students will be constructing a fleece hooded pullover top.

- 1 1/2 yards fleece (slightly stretchy) 60” wide
- All purpose matching thread
